Do you accept pets?
Yes, all pets are welcome without weight restrictions. The pet fee is $300.00 MXN for the entire stay.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have free parking. Reservations are required as spaces are limited.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, please contact us.
Check-out time is until 12:00 pm.
Can I stay with children?
We do accept children, however, we do not have specific facilities for them. Most of our guests are adults looking for a quiet place for a restful night's sleep. We recommend the Suite room for stays with children, due to the size of the bed and the overall feel of the room.
What are the breakfast hours and what does it include?
It starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. Breakfast includes refills of coffee or tea, sweet bread, fruit cocktail, 100% natural juice, and a daily main course (chilaquiles with egg, enfrijoladas with beef, omelet, memelitas, among others).
How far are you from the center?
Casa Mayo B&B is located in a very quiet and safe residential area called San Felipe del Agua, 15-minute drive from the historic center. Located far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a restful stay, yet close enough to visit the main attractions.
